Morgan Wade is an American singer and songwriter who is based out of Floyd, Virginia. She began writing songs at the age of eight but did not start performing live until turning 18 in 2013. Since she has started her career officially, Wade has played shows up and down the East Coast. So far, she has become one of the favorites to see in her hometown national festival, FloydFest. On May 17, 2019, Wade released her debut single entitled “The Night.”

Wade grew up in an environment that was heavily surrounded by bluegrass. She has worked alongside engineer Paul Ebersold and producer Sadler Vaden, collaborating with them on the project for two weeks in the studio. They shaped songs that Wade had written over the years and developed brand new tracks such as “Wilder Days.”

Wade released her debut album entitled “Reckless.” The album is enriched with highly energetic songs including “Wilder Days,” “Matches and Metaphors,” “Other Side,” “Don’t Cry,” “Mend,” “Last Cigarette,” “Take Me Away,” “Reckless,” “Northern Air,” and “Met You.”
