Nebraska Memorial Stadium, nicknamed The Sea of Red, is an American football stadium located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The venue is exactly situated on the campus of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The stadium broke ground on April 26, 1923, and was officially inaugurated for the local public on October 20, 1923. The total construction cost of the project was $430,000. The stadium has a seating capacity of 85,458 (since 2017). It is owned and operated by the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The architecture of the stadium building was designed by John Latenser Sr. and Sons along with Davis & Wilson. The stadium serves as the home field primarily to the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. It is also home to a variety of other universities as well as state activities.

The Cornhuskers played home games at the Nebraska Memorial Stadium from 1909 to 1922. The first game played at the newly constructed stadium was a 24–0 Nebraska victory over Oklahoma in 1923. The stadium underwent expansions from 1964, 1965, 1966, 1972, 1998, 2006, to 2013.it also underwent a major renovation in 2006. Nebraska has sold out 375 consecutive games at Nebraska Memorial Stadium. It is said to be the longest streak when it comes to any collegiate sport. The latest attendance record was made in 2014 that was 91,585; Nebraska 41, Miami 31.

Nebraska Memorial Stadium has been serving as a host to the Nebraska School Activities Association's state high school football championship finals. This usually includes smaller schools that play eight-man football.
