Kemba Live! is located at 405 Neil Ave, Columbus, Ohio. It was originally known as PromoWest Pavilion and Lifestyle Communities Pavilion. The venue is a multi-purpose concert arena with a seating capacity of 2,300 for Indoor Music Hall and 5,200 for Outdoor Amphitheater. It was opened to the general public on October 2, 2001, with a construction cost of $5.5 million.

The venue is under the ownership of Nationwide Realty while it is operated by PromoWest Productions. The arena features indoor as well as outdoor facilities with the Indoor Music Hall and an Outdoor Amphitheater. It was described as the "Newport Music Hall on steroids." Some highlighted features of the venue are a reversible stage, state-of-the-art lighting, and acoustical systems. It was nominated for a Pollstar Awards for "Best New Major Concert Venue" in the year 2001. The arena also has a sister venue known as the Stage AE that is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Its inauguration took place in December 2010.
