The Masonic Temple of Detroit is known as one of the Largest Masonic Temple located at Cass Park Historic District, Detroit, Michigan. The temple was opened to the public on February 22, 1926, with a seating capacity of around 4,650 people at Masonic Theatre, 1,586 at Jack White Theatre, 1,080 at Fountain Ballroom, 550 at Crystal Ballroom, and 400 at The Chapel. The Masonic Temple Association of Detroit owns the Masonic Temple. The architecture of the temple was designed by George D. Mason. It was also listed on the National Register of Historic Places in the year 1980.

The temple was designed using limestone in neo-gothic architectural design. The overall structure of the building is a horseshoe shape. Building of the temple features 1,037 rooms with 16 floors in it. The Masonic Temple has all the modern facilities such as a bowling alley, swimming pool, gymnasium, and a handball court. The opening ceremony of the temple was held during the “Detroit Symphony Orchestra” concert. The theatre has been a prominent venue for Broadway shows, concerts, and other events.
