Majestic Theatre is located at 1925 Elm Street, Dallas, Texas. It is a historic building and has been used as a place of major musical productions and arts performance. Theatre was inaugurated on April 11, 1921, with a seating capacity of 1,704. It is owned and operated by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs. The architecture of the venue was designed by John Eberson, and it underwent renovations in the 1980s with a cost of $2 million.

The venue was reopened on January 28, 1983. Today, it is regularly used for national pageants, concerts, dance, dramatic plays, and musical productions.
