The Gateway Arena, also known as the Tyson Events Center enter, is a multi-purpose arena previously named the Sioux City Municipal Auditorium. It is located at 401 Gordon Drive, Sioux City, Iowa. Its ground was shattered on April 30, 2002, and opened to the general public on December 17, 2003. The center has a seating capacity of 10,000 people distributed accordingly. The venue is owned by the City of Sioux City and operated by Spectra; a subsidiary of Comcast Spectacor. Ellerbe Becket designed the architecture with a construction cost of $52 million. The arena was home to the Sioux City Musketeers from 2003-present and Sioux City Bandits from 2004-present.

Numerous Wrestling shows were presented by Tyson Events Center such as World Wrestling Entertainment, SmackDown on May 17, 2005, RAW on July 1, 2013, along with an ECW. It also hosted TNA Wrestling live on June 4, 2010. WWE live held a non-televised event. Notable concerts were held at the center featuring several famous artists named as Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, Alan Jackson, Dolly Parton, Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, Rascal Flatts, Fleetwood Mac, Cher, KISS, Nickelback, Neil Diamond, The Offspring, and many others. The center also hosted popular comedian Larry the Cable Guy on three juncture.
