Alumni Stadium is a football stadium located within the lower campus of Boston College at Commonwealth Avenue, Chestnut Hill, Boston, Massachusetts. The stadium has a seating capacity of around 44,500 people. The Alumni Stadium was open to the general public on September 21, 1957, with a construction cost of $350,000 million and as a succession of Boston College’s first stadium (known as Alumni Field which was built in 1915). Currently, it is owned and operated by Boston College. The M.A. Dyer Company deigned the beautiful architecture of the stadium. It has undergone some major renovations and modifications in the year 1971 and 1995. The Alumni Stadium is the permanent home to Boston College Football Team.

Alumni Stadium has played host to numerous intellectual and cultural luminaries, religious leaders and heads of state as the venue for Boston College's annual Commencement Exercises since 1957. It hosts football matches, other sports events, commencement ceremonies, and some college events. It hosted Battle at Boston College, Boston College's Inaugural Games in 2015, Football matches against Syracuse, NC State, Florida State, and also the NCAA division 1 Game. The home-team also played matches against Notre Dame, Fighting Irish, Clemson Tigers, Virginia Tech Hokies, and Syracuse Orange.
