Segerstrom Center for the Arts, which was initially named as the Orange County Performing Arts Center, is located at 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa, California. The arena was opened in 1986. It has a seating capacity of around 2000 people at Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, 250 people at Judy Morr Theatre, 375 at Samueli Theater, while Segerstrom Hall has a seating capacity of around 3,000 people at a time. The Julianne and George Argyros Plaza is also the part of this center which has 46,000 square feet of area, and it is comprised of a permanent stage, picnic areas, restaurants, and public seatings. The Public, non-profit organization operates the arena. Charles Lawrance designed the architecture of the theater with Cesar Pelli (an award-winning architecture).

The Philharmonic Society of Orange County, Pacific Chorale, and Pacific Symphony are the three companies that have used the arts center as their artistic home. The arena hosts hundreds of different types of events every year which include concerts, Broadway Musicals, productions, ballet, dance, jazz, cabaret, and many other special events that take place at the arena throughout the year.
