Gramercy Theatre, also known as Gramercy Park Theatre, is an intimate concert venue located at 127 E. 23rd St, New York City, New York. The theater opened to the general public in 1937, with a seating capacity of around 499 people. It is owned and managed by Live Nation Entertainment. Charles A. Sandblom designed the architecture of the theatre. It was renovated in the year 1998 to present Off-Broadway theatrical productions.

Gramercy Theatre showed third-run movies in the early 1970s and second-run movies in the late 1970s, including New York, 3 Women, The Spy Who Loved Me, and Outrageous. First-run movies were started to present in the theatre in the early 1980s. The theatre closed in 2004 after its last production of Lee Summer's From My Hometown. It reopened in 2006 as a concert venue showcasing acts like Kendrick Lamar, Rufus Wainright, The GetUp Kids, and The Roots. An American hip hop group, The Fugees, recorded its song "Killing Me Softly" in the theatre. Other Performances hosted in the venue include Blue Starring Phylicia Rashad, Charles Randolph-Wright's play with music, Martin McDonagh's A Skull in Connemara, Richard Greenberg's The Dazzle, and Speaking in Tongues with Karen Allen. An American indie rock band Stellastarr gave a live performance in the venue on March 7, 2007.
