Pensacola Bay Center was previously known as Pensacola Civic Center. It is an indoor arena that is located at East Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL. The Bay Center was opened to the general public in January 1985. It has a seating capacity of 8,150 for hockey games and 10,000 for non-hockey events. The Bay Center is owned by Escambia County and is under the operation of SMG Management.

The architect named Lindley Ranken designed it. The Bay Center has hosted many sports events as well as many popular music concerts. Many known politicians have also been a part of it. The Pensacola Bay Center previously had several guest speakers, including President George W. Bush. During the presidential race, Sarah Palin and Michelle Obama also used the Bay Center for political rallies. Mitt Romney and Donald Trump have also been to the venue.

Several famous sporting events were held at the Bay Center such as famously known hockey teams, Pensacola Ice Pilots, Pensacola Ice Flyers and the Pensacola Barracudas have played here. Some notable concerts hosted by the venue are performed by Janet Jackson (did the opening of her Rhythm Nation World Tour in Pensacola), KISS (was the first band to play at the Bay Center), etc. The most famous and favorite Michael Jackson used the venue for his rehearsals but unfortunately, did not perform in the place for the public. Britney Spears and Jeff Dunham have also been famous performers hosted by the site.
