Ballys Lake Tahoe is a casino hotel located in Stateline, Nevada. It opened for the public in 1978 and was constructed by Park Cattle Co. The architect of the building was designed by Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall. The casino hotel is under the ownership of Caesars Entertainment and is operated by the same. The venue serves as the home field to the Ciera Steak + Chophouse. In 2015, the entire site underwent a $25-million remodel with the casino, all guest rooms, exterior, and 1,200-seat showroom being upgraded. There are 438 rooms along with 48,456 sq ft of total gaming space.

Ballys Lake Tahoe is designed with a nature theme. Some of the notable restaurants’ features by the venue are HQ, The Zone, MontBleu Café, Ciera, and Café Del Soul. The casino hotel was known for its top entertainment offerings as Caesars Tahoe. It hosted a long list of famous artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Glen Campbell, Dean Martin, Cher, Mac Davis, and Tony Bennett. It also hosted many comedians, including Johnny Carson, Jerry Seinfeld, Gallagher, George Carlin, and Rosie O'Donnell. Columbia Sussex gave the current name of the property in May 2006. In March 2010, the venue became part of the reorganized Tropicana Entertainment after the bankruptcy of Columbia's gaming businesses.

Ballys Lake Tahoe was seen as the Nomad Hotel in the 2007 film Smokin' Aces during the Caesars-to-MontBleu transition.
