The Majestic Theatre is located at 224 E. Houston Street, San Antonio, Texas, USA. It is the largest atmospheric theatre which is also the oldest in San Antonio. The theatre has a seating capacity of 2,264, and it is under the ownership of the City of San Antonio. The venue is operated by Ambassador Theatre Group. It was inaugurated on June 14, 1929, with the architecture designed by John Eberson.

The Majestic Theatre San Antonio was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 1, 1975, and was stated as Texas Historic Landmark in 1991 along with a National Historic Landmark on April 19, 1993.
