Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill is located at 14900 Metro Pkwy, Sterling Heights, Michigan. It is an outdoor covered concert amphitheater. The place was built in 2000 in the area of 120 acres of Freedom Hill County Park. The amphitheater has a seating capacity of around 7,200 people where 3,000 is for the lawn space and 4,200 for the seats. The theatre is owned by Celani and operated by 313 Presents.
The venue was closed in 2009 and got reopened on June 1, 2013. The first massive event after the reopening of this amphitheater was the presence of the Grammy Award-winning country music trio, Lady Antebellum, who came to entertain the audience of the amphitheater. The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill has also hosted the annual Macomb County Stars and Stripes festival from June 28-30, 2013.
