Harrah’s Resort SoCal is a hotel and casino located in Valley Center, California. It opened for the public on December 20, 2004. The venue is owned by the Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians and operated by Caesars Entertainment. There are three hotel towers in Harrah’s Resort: Dive Inn, Resort Tower South, and Resort Tower North. There are 1,087 rooms in the hotel towers. The total gaming space in the venue is 86,000 square feet. Paul Steelman Design Group designed the building architect, and from 2004-2014, it was known as Harrah’s Rincon.

Harrah’s Resort SoCal underwent major expansion on November 1, 2012, when construction worth $160 million began. It also included a new 403-room hotel tower as well as a 23,000 square foot convention center. The convention center can now be converted for concerts, meetings, and multiple other uses. There are notable restaurants located inside the venue, including The Café a Harrah’s, Starbuck, SR76 Beerworks, Smashburger, Robeks, Rita’s Cantina, Oyster Bar, KJ Chinese Restaurant, Fiore, Earl of Sandwich, and Che Bello.

Harrah’s Resort SoCal also has an events center that is a perfect place to host the company’s banquet or see favorite shows. The events take place at the center every month. The events center has a seating capacity of 2,200.
