The Mercury Ballroom is a music venue located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The music venue was inaugurated for the public in 2014 and has a current seating capacity of 900. The Ballroom is housed in the Wright and Taylor Building at Fourth and Chestnut streets. It is under the ownership of Live Nation's House of Blues Entertainment division which also operates the venue. The music venue is best known for acting as a home venue to some of the outclass events in Louisville. The venue hosts a wide range of concerts, conventions, weddings, and holiday parties.

Mercury Ballroom is popular for its modern and funky interior. The Mercury Ballroom is one of Louisville's newest live music concert halls and adds another incredible piece of entertainment to the Historic Theatre District of Louisville. The building which currently houses the Ballroom was originally constructed in 1928. Also, during the prohibition era and through the late 1960s, this same building was used to house a wide variety of small commercial businesses.

In 1984, the building of the Mercury Ballroom was added to the National Register of Historic Places. The building was declared a marvel in its day for its imaginative use of stylistic motifs, remains a rare local example of Tudor-Gothic architecture, and variety of colors used. The Mercury Ballroom feels proud to utilize this beautiful historic building that hosts some of Louisville's greatest concerts and events.
