House of Blues in Anaheim is a live music concert hall and restaurant located at 499 West Disney Way Suite, Anaheim. It is one of the branches of The House of Blues which is the American chain of Live music, concert halls, and restaurants. They are located in eleven different cities. The House of Blues in Anaheim has a seating capacity of approximately 2,299. The venue first opened to the general public on January 12, 2001, with a performance by the alternative rock band "Lit". It later closed on May 29, 2016, following the local Ska and Punk Bands and then reopened on February 28, 2017. The very first House of Blues opened by the founder Issac Tigrett at Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1992. Currently, it is owned and operated by Live Nation Entertainment.
House of Blues is the largest curator of Outsider Arts in the world. It hosts concerts, food festivals, and a variety of other entertainment events.
