Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa is a multi-purpose arena that is located in the western suburb of Kanata. It was opened to the public in January 1996 as the Palladium. From 1996 to 2006, it was also known as Corel Centre and from 2006 to 2013; it was known as Scotia bank Place. One of the famous places in Ottawa, it is home to NHL’s Ottawa Senators. Many celebrities had performed here, such as Cher, Corey Hart, and Carrie Underwood. 

This place also hosts sports like UFC. Apart from that, many other events also take place such as WWE sports entertainment and Stars on Ice. Moreover, it also held a basketball and ice hockey, indoor lacrosse with full and half seating arrangements for concerts. All these events and musical concerts attract thousands of people here. Additionally, many restaurants offer lip-smacking food, and several concession stands at the Canadian Tire Centre. Some of these restaurants are open on only game days. The Lexus Lounge is famous for its premium seating packages. The arena seats around 19,500 people. All these events attract many people from the local town and also from other places and countries too.
