The Fraze Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater located in Kettering, Ohio. The venue was opened for the public in 1991, and it has a seating capacity of 4,300. The amphitheater is owned and operated by the City of Kettering. It is named after the late resident of Kettering and the inventor of the pop-top beverage can, Ermal Fraze. The pavilion has hosted various popular music artists throughout the year. The first act to play at the Fraze Pavilion was Marvin Hamlisch in 1991. Sheryl Crow performed two back-to-back sold-out concerts in 2003, during which she filmed C'mon America 2003 DVD.

The Lincoln Park Civic Commons is located just outside the Fraze Pavilion, and it serves as a home spot for several local festivals and music events. Some of the notable ones are Blues Fest, Swamp Romp Cajun-Zydeco Festival, Festival of the Vine (a wine and jazz festival), Art on the Commons & a juried art festival, and Spass Nacht. The last one is an Austrian Festival celebrated in honor of Kettering's Sister City, Steyr, Austria.

The Fraze Pavilion was ranked 14th on the list of worldwide ticket reports for entertainment venues by Pollstar Magazine in 2010. The venue was also ranked 22nd by Pollstar in the world for the same in 2011.
