The Meadows Racetrack and Casino is a slot machine casino and a standardbred harness racing track located in North Strabane Township, Pennsylvania. The venue is under the ownership of Gaming and Leisure Properties and is operated by Penn National Gaming. The venue officially opened for the local public in 1963, and the new opening took place in 2009. The Washington Trotting Association previously operated the track. Some of the other past owners of the casino and track include Pittsburgh lawyer Stuart A. Williams, England-based Ladbroke Group PLC, Magna Entertainment Corp, Cannery Casino Resorts, and some more. According to the owners, the name of the venue changed several times.

Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc bought the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in May 2014. The sale was completed in 2016. In late January 2018, horse racing was suspended at the venue due to the EHV-1 virus detected in 190 horses and five barns. The racing resumed later, within a month. In October 2018, the operations of the casino and track were handed over to Penn National Gaming as part of the acquisition of Pinnacle. The Meadows was awarded a gaming license on September 27, 2006, by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The current amenities at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino include a food court, cafe-restaurant, 350,000-square-foot (33,000 m2) casino, premier steakhouse, covered grandstand, VIP boxes, simulcast viewing area, and a 24 lane state-of-the-art bowling center. The Meadows Casino featured 3,300+ slot machines. The casino also hosted an "invite-only test date" on July 6, 2010, for casino table games.
