The Pavilion is a flexible, beautiful, multi-purpose event venue that is located in Spokane. The venue was originally built as the U.S. Federal Pavilion for Expo '74. It was gifted to the people of Spokane by the U.S. government. The event venue is known for hosting various events ranging from Hoopfest Center Court to film festivals, yoga, touring concerts, and much more. The Pavilion was exclusively designed to be a multifunctional space as well as an extension of the park.

The Pavilion underwent a major renovation where the master Plan aimed to restore the venue into a flexible-use event space. NAC and Garco Construction collaborated with Spokane Parks and Recreation to make this dream redesigning a reality. The purpose was to make it able to host everything from the Bloomsday Award Ceremony to an outdoor giant screen film festival and a summer concert series. Currently, the entertainment venue serves as an ideal gathering place for the people of Spokane. The redesigned amazing outdoor venue allows the nearby communities to build a better connection with each other and the riverside that has been a vital source in the region for upcoming generations.
