Overture Center is a performing arts center located at 201 State Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The venue is a privately owned facility that is operated by Overture Center Foundation. Overture Center was opened for the general public on September 19, 2004. The building contains seven venues named as Overture Hall (the largest theater of the building having a seating capacity of 2,255), Capitol Theater (used for hosting concerts with a seating capacity of 1,089), Playhouse (used for the private performances with a seating capacity of 347), Promenade Hall (a small room with a seating capacity of 252), Rotunda Stage (the only venue that can be used by the public during regular hours, mostly meetings and performances with a seating capacity of 350), Visual Art Galleries (displays the artwork of local and state artists), Wisconsin Studio and Rotunda Studio (hosts meetings and rehearsals with a seating capacity of approximately 100-200 seats). Cesar Pelli designed the architecture of the building.

The Overture Center is a place that serves not only as an art gallery but also a host to different events, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Some great performances held at the venue include the names of Bryan Adams, Alabama Shakes, Criss Angel, The Beach Boys, Tony Bennett, Michael Feinstein, etc. The upcoming events expected to be held at the Overture Center include Rising Stars, Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy and The Book of Mormon.
