Palladium Times Square, formerly known as RAD Theater and PlayStation Theatre is a live concert and theatre venue located at Times Square, Manhattan, New York City. The theatre has a seating capacity of 2,150. It opened to the general public on September 19, 2015. Currently, it is owned and operated by Anschutz Entertainment Group and Sony. David Rockwell designed the architecture of the venue.

Palladium Times Square features downloadable and interactive content for phones and other devices. It hosts a variety of entertainment events like concerts, web broadcasts, award ceremonies, live television, parties, stage shows, and corporate meetings. Machine Gun Kelly, Nineteen 57 The Concert, Decibel Magazine, Lotus, Electrical Wizards, Night Wash, and Machine Head are some of the famous bands that performed at Playstation Theatre.

Reggae Festival, International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella Finals, New York City Winter Wine Festival, Mystery Science Theatre 300 Live, Annual Steez Day Festival, Botswana on Broadway, and Crate Digger New York City Record Festival are some of the notable events that were hosted at the venue. Some of the famous artists who performed here are Howard Jones, Richard Colson, Nargiz, Sidhu Moosewala, Cannibal Corpse, Max Korzh, Steven Wilson, Kelesea Ballerini, and Kari Jobe.
