St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located at 1340C A1A South, St Augustine, Florida, United States. It is an outdoor amphitheater with a seating capacity of 4,092. It was opened for the local public on June 27, 1965. The venue is under the ownership of St. Johns County Parks and Recreation, and it is operated by St. Johns County Cultural Events Division. The theater was built for the 400th anniversary of St. Augustine hence the name. The amphitheater underwent renovations from 2001 to 2007. The place was reopened in August 2007 after a major upgrade.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre hosted some well-known events including Cross and Sword: A Symphonic Drama of the Spanish Settlement of Florida, the summer Shakespeare Festival (1997 to 2003), etc. The venue has been a part of some outstanding performances by Two Door Cinema Club, 38 Special, The Doobie Brothers, Steve Miller Band, Shawn Mendes, The Smashing Pumpkins, Goo Goo Dolls, and hundreds of many.
