The Hertz Arena is located at 11000 Everblades Parkway, Estero, Florida, USA. It is a multi-purpose arena that opened in November 1998. It serves as the home to the Florida Everblades (ECHL) and Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles club hockey team of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). The arena is under the ownership of Gale Force Sports and Entertainment, and it is operated by the owner. It is a hockey stadium generally with a seating capacity of 7,181 for Hockey, 8,284 for Centerstage, 5,090 for half house, and 7,380 for End stage. The venue hosts various WWE shows, circuses, boxing, and wrestling shows, concerts, mixed martial arts events, etc.

The former name to the arena in 1998 was the Everblades Arena. From 2004 till 2018, it was named to Germain Arena. The naming rights for the arena were bought by the Hertz Corporation in September 2018, and it was renamed to Hertz Arena.
The Hertz arena has served as the former home to Florida Tarpons indoor football team, Florida Firecats Arena Football League 2 (af2) team, and Florida Flame NBA Development League team. It was also a host to an annual college hockey tournament named Everblades College Classic, now called the Florida College Hockey Classic, where the winner is awarded Ned Harness Cup (December 2000).
