Known initially as Showbox Theatre, The Showbox Sodo is a music venue located in Seattle, Washington. Since 007, AEG Live owns it. The Showbox was founded in 1939, and since then it has hosted many music events including Grunge Era to Jazz Age. It also hosted shows of the Muddy Waters, Duke Ellington, Ramones and local artists such as Gypsy Rose Lee, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, TAD, Mudhoney, and Screaming Trees.

Showbox Sodo is a beautiful concert venue with a beautiful wood-beam and brick architecture. It offers great incredible production capabilities and sightlines. It is famous for hosting shows of Kid Rock, Heart, The Pogues, M.I.A., The Hives, Dropkick Murphys and many more.

Apart from that, it has hosted the acts of Al Jolson, The Police, Blondie, Gang of Four, Iggy Pop, Devo, Dead Kennedys and Jerry Cantrell, The Weeknd, Snoop Dogg, Dave Matthews, Kanye West, Lorde, Robbie Williams, Modest Mouse, Death Cab For Cutie, TV On The Radio, Ke$ha, Kimbra, Marina and the Diamonds, B-52's, Lady Gaga, Ice Cube, Paul Simon, Macklemore, JoJo, and much more. Showbox Sodo has a seating capacity of 1,150 people. It is a perfect place to host music shows.
