Seattle Mariners at Minnesota Twins

Target Field is a baseball park located at 1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, Minnesota. It serves as the official home field to the Minnesota Twins. The venue has also been home to the Minnesota Golden Gophers baseball and other regional and local baseball events in the past years. The park was inaugurated for the general public on April 12, 2010, with a construction cost of around US$555 million. The current seating capacity of the venue is around 38,544. It is under the ownership and is operated by Twins Ballpark LLC. The architecture of the ballpark was designed by Populous (formerly HOK Sport), Hammel, Green, and Abrahamson. ESPN The Magazine ranked Target Field as the #1 baseball stadium in 2010.

Target Field’s inaugural regular-season game was played between Minnesota Twins and the Red Sox on April 12, 2010. In addition to baseball, it also hosts soccer, football, outdoor concerts, and other events. On September 23, 2017, a college football match was played between the University of St. Thomas and Saint John's University with a crowd of 37,355. Minnesota United FC played a soccer match against Club Leon on June 25, 2016. World-class singers and musicians that have graced the stage of the venue with their live performances include; Kenny Chesney, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Luke Bryan, Eagles, Zac Brown Band, Weezer, Fall Out Boy, Weezer, and Florida Georgia Line. Since 2013, it has hosted the Skyline Music Festival every summer.
