The Playhouse Square Connor Palace is a theatre that is located at 1615 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. It was a vaudeville theatre when opened to the general public on November 26, 1922. The venue has a seating capacity of approximately 2,714. The architecture of the venue was designed by the Chicago based architectural firm Rapp and Rapp. Its architecture pattern is in the French Renaissance style. The Playhouse Square Connor Palace is used as a Performing Arts Centre. The venue is under the ownership of the Playhouse Square Foundation. The Palace was opened as the Keith’s Palace Theatre. It was named after Benjamin Franklin Keith, who was the founder of Keith Albee chain of vaudeville and movie theaters. The theatre closed its doors for the public on July 20, 1969, and then was reopened on April 30, 1988.

The Playhouse Square Palace serves as the home field to North Ohio’s touring Broadway shows, comedy, concerts, opera, dance, and children’s programming. The first shows at the venue featured Vaudeville – Ellis Janis, the Casinos and Grace Hayes, and several other acts and a big band.
