The Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is situated in a beautiful outdoor setting that offers a view of the Charlotte Skyline. The venue was formerly known as the Road Runner Mobile Amphitheatre. It is now known as the Uptown Amphitheatre. The outdoor theater is located at 1000 NC, Music Factory Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the part of the Avidx Change Music Factory. The venue opened to the general public in June 2009. The Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre has a seating capacity of 5,000.

The Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre consists of an elevated lawn seating, traditional outdoor seating, a premium box with food and beverage service, an indoor VIP area that has private restrooms, a private bar, and a view of the stage. The concession area of the venue provides a Bourbon Street feel that has multiple permanent restrooms with pedestal sinks, full-length mirrors, and private stalls. The amphitheater is used extensively during the summer concert season to bring more live entertainment options to the Charlotte area.
