The Tulsa Performing Arts Center or Tulsa PAC is an execution arts venue located at 110 2ND St. Tulsa, Oklahoma. The site was opened to the general public on March 19, 1977. There are four segments of the center named; Chapman Music Hall seats 2, 365, John H. Williams Theatre seats 437, Liddy Doenges Theatre seats 300, and Charles E. Norman Theatre seats 200 people at a time. The complex is owned and operated by the City of Tulsa. Minoru Yamasaki designed the architecture of the venue with a construction cost of $19 million.

The Tulsa Ballet, Tulsa Opera, Tulsa Symphony are some of the major clients of the center. The center also includes two smaller venues for cramped events; the Kathleen P. Westby Pavilion and the Robert J. LaFortune Studio. Chapman Music Hall is the largest theatre in the center. Some of the world-famous artists made their appearances in the theatre such as Tony Bennett, Luciano Pavarotti, Norah Jones, Kelly Clarkson, Steve Martin and many more. Traveling Broadway musicals that passed through the theatre include The Book of Mormon, The Lion King, Wicked, Jersey Boys and The Phantom of the Opera. The Tulsa Performing Arts Center also hosted numerous theatre productions, rehearsals, master classes, receptions, chamber music, poetry reading, piano soloists, special events, galas, cabarets, and press conferences. The center is also the residence of 76 artworks.
