Aventura is a bachata group from The Bronx, New York. They were previously called Los Tinellers. They are considered one of the most prominent Latin groups of all time, with the lineup always consisting of Romeo Santos, Henry Santos, Lenny Santos (Len Melody), and Max Santos (Max Agende).

With a unique blend of Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage, Aventura stands out as the first major bachata act from the U.S., a distinction that sets them apart in the history of the genre. Their pioneering role in the global expansion of bachata music is a testament to their influence and innovation.

Over a decade, Aventura has left an indelible mark on the music industry, releasing five studio albums and numerous hit singles that have consistently topped the charts. Their influence is further underscored by the fact that they sold out the iconic Madison Square Garden for one of their concerts. Their accolades, including Latin Grammys, Billboard Latin Music Awards, American Music Awards, and Premio Lo Nuestro nominations, are a testament to their enduring impact.

Being one of the most famous Latin groups of the past 20 years, Aventura is sometimes called the "Kings of Bachata" (or "K.O.B."). Romeo said in a social media post on February 25, 2024, that he would be posting the following day. Each group member uploaded a video the next day to announce their return. Cerrando Ciclos is widely believed to be the band's last tour, and its dates were revealed the day after.
