Bill Kahan Kapari (June 11, 1997) is an American singer, songwriter, and rapper. He first became prominent after releasing his single "No Flockin" in 2014. After it did well, he was approached by Atlantic Records about signing a recording contract. "No Flockin" was his first record to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, and it was re-released commercially the year after as his debut single. 

In 2016, Black was indicted in South Carolina on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and rape. In 2021, he was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to the lesser charge of assault and violence. President Trump reduced Black's sentence in 2021 after his 2019 arrest for making false statements to possess weapons resulted in a nearly four-year federal prison term.

Bill Israel (2020), his third studio album, came out in 2020 while imprisoned and had less commercialism and advertising. The single "Super Gremlin" reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100 and was released before his fourth album, Back for Everything (2022), signaling his mainstream comeback. The year 2023 saw the release of both Pistolz & Pearlz, his fifth album, and When I Was Dead, his sixth album.
