Pitchfork Music is a summer music event hosted in Union Park in Chicago, Illinois, since 2005. It is organized by Pitchfork Media and takes place every summer. Beginning in 2011, the festival announced that it would be staging a branch in Paris at the Grande Halle de la Villette. This was followed by the announcement of a branch that would be hosted in Berlin at the Tempodrom in 2020. 

Apart from music, the Pitchfork event offers food, drinks, artwork, and concert posters derived from nearby, regional, and national businesses. The occasion lasts three days during the weekend. The alternative rock, hip-hop, electronica, and dance music genres predominate among the bands and performers at the Pitchfork Festival.

On the other hand, its lineups have also included jazz, experimental rock, hardcore punk, and experimental rock.  The festival highlights not only well-known bands but also musicians with less well-known influences.
