Víctor Manuelle (September 27, 1968), whose real name is Víctor Manuel Ruiz Velázquez, is a Puerto Rican American salsa artist who earned the nickname "El Sonero de la Juventud" ("The Singer Of Youths"). "Salsa Monga" or salsa romántica is where he is most commonly associated. Because he is most comfortable as a salsa musician, Víctor Manuelle has avoided recording in English, releasing Latin pop albums, and acting.

Manuelle made his cinematic acting debut in a 2007 cameo appearance (mostly as a singer) as salsa great Rubén Blades in El Cantante, a Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez-starring biopic of Héctor Lavoe. He performed an acoustic rendition of El Cantante's hit song in a club in the film. The album Soy ("I am") was published by Manuelle on June 10, 2008. In 2008, he was chosen to play at the "KQ Live Concert" that was put on by KQ 105 FM on September 27. 

The 2010 Premio Lo Nuestro Awards were announced by television network Univision to be hosted by Víctor Manuelle and international vocalist Ana Bárbara on February 8, 2010. Norberto Vélez's YouTube channel featured Víctor Manuelle as the featured singer on "Sesiones Desde La Loma Ep. 5" on February 13, 2020.
