This building is located at 1400 Market, St. Louis, MO. The venue has a seating capacity of 3,100. It opened to the public on July 12, 2010, with a construction cost of $79 million. LaBeaume and Klein designed the architecture of the theater.

The Peabody Opera House is a renovated form of the original venue which is named after the company Peabody Energy. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 11, 2000. It underwent many closings and openings until a stable state was achieved in 2011.
