Ryan Upchurch (May 24, 1991) is a performer from Cheatham County, located on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee. Upchurch describes himself as a musician and rapper. He began his career by uploading videos on his YouTube channel. In 2015, Upchurch released an extended play entitled “Cheatham County.” Soon after his first discography, he released his full-length debut album entitled Heart of America in 2016. Both of his initial releases reached the top 30 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. He sold 1,300 copies in just the first week of the release.

In August 2016, Upchurch released his second full-length album entitled “Chicken Willie,” which reached number 22 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and 11 on the Rap Albums charts. The album sold over 2,800 copies in the first week of release. His other release as an EP came out in 2017 entitled “Summer Love.” The album was completely country-oriented, having no rap elements included. Summer Love reached number 33 on the Top Country Albums charts with nearly 3,700 copies sold.

Upchurch released his fifth studio album, King of Dixie, on November 10, 2017, which featured 19 tracks. He recently released his first-ever rock album entitled “Creeker.” The main focus of the album was rock, although it infused a few rap elements as well. Some of his other notable studio albums include River Rat (December 21, 2018) and Parachute (September 24, 2019).
