It has a seating capacity of around 2000 people at Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, 250 people at Judy Morr Theatre, 375 at Samueli Theater, while Segerstrom Hall has a seating capacity of around 3,000 people at a time. The Julianne and George Argyros Plaza is also the part of this center which has 46,000 square feet of area, and it is comprised of a permanent stage, picnic areas, restaurants, and public seatings. The Public, non-profit organization operates the arena. Charles Lawrance designed the architecture of the theater with Cesar Pelli (an award-winning architecture).
