Rock band Blink-182 hails from Poway, California, and was established in 1992. Their most prominent and current members are Mark Hoppus (singer and bassist), Tom DeLonge (vocalist and guitarist), and Travis Barker (drummer).

They signed with MCA Records after several years of self-released music and tours (including stops on the Warped Tour). Their most popular albums, 1999's Enema of the State and 2001's Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, were huge hits worldwide. Songs such as "What's My Age Again?", "Dammit," and "All the Small Things" were popular and became fixtures on MTV. Subsequent works, such as an unnamed album from 2003, showcased a change in style.

Generations of listeners were captivated by Blink-182's simplistic arrangements and direct attitude, which contributed to pop punk's second mainstream surge. The group sold Fifty million albums globally, with 15.3 million sales in the US alone.

On September 18, 2023, the band announced the release of their ninth studio album, One More Time..., and on October 20, 2023, the album was published. In addition to the album itself, five singles were released in the weeks leading up to its release: "One More Time" and "More Than You Know" were released at the same time as the album was announced, "Dance with Me," and "You Don't Know What You've Got" were released after that.

It was their first number-one album since California to debut at one on the Billboard 200. After 2001's Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, this is the band's first album featuring DeLonge to reach number one.
