Dominique Armani Jones (December 3, 1994) is an American rapper. He is professionally known by his stage name, Lil Baby. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Lil Baby was a habitual drug dealer in the Atlanta studio of Quality Control Records while he was only seventeen. With guest appearances from Young Thug and Lil Yachty, he dropped his debut mixtape, Perfect Timing, in April 2017. Three months later, they released another mixtape titled Harder Than Hard. His third mixtape in as many months, 2 The Hard Way, was released in October and included fellow Atlanta rapper Marlo.

As he continued to release new music, his fan base grew rapidly. In 2020, he released the album My Turn, which included songs like "Woah," "Sum 2 Prove," and "Emotionally Scarred." That album became one of the biggest of the year and proved he was more than just a rising star. He also released "The Bigger Picture," a powerful song about justice and change, showing a deeper side of his voice. Lil Baby has collaborated with numerous artists, including Gunna, Lil Durk, and Future. He’s also known for bringing high energy to the stage with live shows that feel real and raw.

The song "Do We Have a Problem?" featuring Nicki Minaj was released in February 2022, along with a music video featuring the two artists. Lil Baby was listed as a performer at J. Cole's Dreamville 2022 Music Festival in March of that year. Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby, directed by Karam Gill, is a documentary about Lil Baby that debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2022 and was made available on Amazon Prime Video in August 2022.

In 2025, Lil Baby is back on tour, performing in cities like Miami, Houston, Chicago, and New York. He’s playing tracks from his latest album titled Street Gospel, which dropped earlier this year.
