Lindsey Stirling (September 21, 1986) is a violinist, singer, songwriter, and dancer from the United States. She was born in Santa Ana, California. While competing on the fifth season of America's Got Talent in 2010, Stirling was dubbed a hip-hop violinist. She wowed the panel of judges by playing a mashup of classical, pop, and hip-hop styles on the violin and adding dance to her performance.

At the start of 2022, Stirling shared that she had composed the theme music for the Sophia Bush-starring CBS sitcom Good Sam. Stirling was the main attraction during the grand inauguration of Bell Bank Park in Arizona in February. On June 21, Disney's Harmonious came live from EPCOT at Disney World, where Stirling was a featured performer.

To help UNICEF with their relief efforts in Ukraine after the Russian invasion, Stirling planned an auction in March 2022. Lots of stuff, including the violin she played as a teen and wore on film shoots and tours. Over $16,000 was made from the sales of the products. Stirling confirmed a North American tour with fellow Canadians, Walk Off The Earth, in early 2023. The tour started on August 1 in Bridgeport, CT, and wrapped off on September 2 in Bend, OR.
