Tinashe Jorgensen Kachingwe (February 6, 1993), often known as Tinashe, is an American singer-songwriter, dancer, and actor. Tinashe was born in Lexington, Kentucky, then went to Pasadena, California, where she sought employment in entertainment. Her most well-known performances include motion capture for the 2004 animated film The Polar Express, Robin Wheeler in the Cartoon Network television series Out of Jimmy's Head (2007–2008), and a regular part on the CBS series Two and a Half Men (2008–2009). 

She starred in the female group The Stunners and on series including Out of Jimmy's Head and Two and a Half Men. Tinashe worked on the Ivor Novello Award-winning song "All My Friends" alongside Snakehips and Chance the Rapper; her discography includes Nightride, Songs for You, and 333, which came out in 2021.

Pitchfork called the later release "her best work to date." The release featured performances from musicians such as Wax Wotif and Tres Chanel. Recognizing her skill and Zimbabwean background, her honors include a 2015 BET Award New Artist nomination and a 2018 Zimbabwe Achievers Award for Music Artist of the Year. In 2024, she published Quantum Baby, her eighth studio project, and started the Match My Freak World Tour.
