Micah "Katt" Williams (September 2, 1971) is an American actor and stand-up comedian born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Williams' comic career began in his Avondale, Cincinnati, neighborhood. He perfected his stand-up routine by performing it at bars nationwide, from Oklahoma to Oakland. By 1999, he was a well-known comedian who often performed at prestigious venues like the Improv, Comedy Club, Ice House, and Hollywood Park Casino.

He is well known for his role as Katt "In the Hat" Williams on BET's Comic View. Williams has rapped under "Money Mike" for tracks by musicians like Baby Bash, The Game, and Suga Free. Williams became a New York rapper Cam'ron's Diplomats crew member in 2006, but he was never officially signed to the label. Williams' first studio/live album, It's Pimpin' Pimpin', was released on January 29, 2009.

In response to criticisms of modern hip-hop by Atlanta rapper Trinidad James, he and Hell Rell dropped a diss track called "Lames In The Game" on November 19, 2013. Williams' latest stand-up special, Great America, premiered on Netflix in 2018 and was filmed in Jacksonville, Florida. Williams' next stand-up special, World War III, premiered on Netflix on May 17, 2022.
