Theresa Caputo (June 10, 1967) is an American purported psychic medium. She is best known for her TLC reality television series, Long Island Medium. She was born in Hicksville, New York. From 2011 through 2019, Caputo appeared as a medium on the reality television series Long Island Medium on TLC. In addition to that, she has written four books and gives tours under the name "Theresa Caputo Live! The Experience."

After 28 years of marriage, she and her husband, Larry Caputo, announced in a joint statement on December 3, 2017, that they were going their ways. They are the parents of two children, Larry Caputo Jr. and Victoria Caputo, who have appeared on the show. On June 27, 2018, Larry Caputo announced that he and Theresa were proceeding from separation to divorce. Larry Caputo had gone to Los Angeles following the separation from Theresa. Theresa Caputo announced that the divorce was finalized in December 2018.
