The inauguration ceremony included the performance of the Phantom of the Opera. It is a large multi-venue performing arts center theater and entertainment complex. The seating capacity of this complex is 2,700 for Au-Rene Theater, 590 for Amaturo Theater and 500 for the Abdo New River Room. It is designed by the award-winning architect known by the name, Benjamin C.
